A Study on the Quality Standardization of Drug.

Abstract
Along with the development of the drug manufacturing industries, effectiveness and safety of the various drugs and the drug quality control has been widely recognized as one of the most important matters in the field of medical and pharmaceutical researches.
In Korea, in fact, studies were made in 1975 and 1976, to standardize the quality of the commercial Penicillin drugs by a research team of the National Institute of Health and the result (standard) was appeared in the Annual Report of National Institute of Health.
As a part of serial research in this kind, this study was made for the following drugs; Dexamethasone, Dexamethasone acetate, Methyltestosterene, Prednisolone acetate, Prednisone acetate. Progesterone, Ethinylestradiol, Ethisterone, Warfarin and Lanatoside-C.
For the methods, I.R, DK-2A, T.L.C. and several other methods appeared in Korean Phamaceutical No. 3 were applied.
